Ingredients:
16-20 nuts
1-2 cups blueberries
1 ripe avocado, pit and skin removed
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Probiotic (dosage as per label)
1 teaspoon chlorella powder
1 teaspoon kale powder
½ teaspoon curcumin powder
1 teaspoon pomegranate powder
1 teaspoon cranberry powder
2 cups filtered water
Variation:
I like my shakes thick! Instead of 2 cups of water, I use 350ml cold brew coffee and 1/4 cup of water. Here’s how I do it:
Add the 1/4 cup of water first and soak the chia seeds until saturated.
Then, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth!
The best part? This shake takes away all the negative side effects of coffee—no jitters here! Plus, you’ll be amazed at the focus boost you’ll feel.

Don’t be afraid to swap out fruits or ingredients based on what your body craves! Sometimes I switch out the avocado for 1 tablespoon of MCT oil and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
