ShamanGround started as a mirror — a place to study patterns, traps, and how people lose their own voice around technology. Prime Node OS is the next step: a local-first AI runtime you can run on your own hardware instead of renting your mind from a platform. Run your AI the way you run your Bitcoin node — on your own box, with your own keys.

Who I am

I’m Prime — a sovereign-minded builder who’s been blown off an oil rig, declared dead more than once, and pushed back into life with one clear pattern: every time I gave my power away to systems, I paid for it. Every time I took authorship back, things moved.

This isn’t a VC lab. There’s no growth team or board deck. It’s a one-man stack built with open tools, Bitcoin rails, and a ruthless respect for reality: time, money, hardware limits, nervous systems.

Prime Node Lab exists so people like you can run serious AI on your own boxes — without handing your life to a SaaS landlord.

What I’m building here

Right now the focus is narrow and real:

  • Prime Node OS v0 — single-node local-first runtime (laptop / mini-PC / Pi / home server).
  • Cold Mirror CLI audit engine — first system agent for trap-aware planning, already running on my node.
  • Docs & examples — so other builders can install, run, and extend the stack.

How to plug in

If you’re an indie dev, a Bitcoiner, or a small lab that wants AI close to your own hardware and values, you’re the reason this lab exists. You can:

  • Follow the work in the Prime Node OS repo and open issues or PRs.
  • Run Cold Mirror on your own projects and send real-world feedback.
